Why is the BLM and Corporations always Buddies?

I don't understand how the BLM and any Corporation that wants to do business on Native (Treaty) lands are always sitting side-by-side in court against Native American Rights? It's pretty easy to understand the money end. the government makes money on the deal and the corporations make money on the natural resources and the Native Americans get ripped off again...and so does the Earth. They don't care and never have. Why do the courts always side with these two before ever allowing Native Americans their rights, by treaty, by law or by the Constitution? As usual, it's all very one-sided.

You're right Johnson, until the Shoshone create a Native American Law Firm to represent their interests and go to court with a good team, not one or two individuals, then they will be able to beat these guys at their own game.

How does the BLM keep getting away with all the violations filed against them?

Yeah me too. Thanks! So far I agree with the posts about native legal rights and how everyone keeps getting ripped off. What a bunch of crooks.

Is this a new blog? How can Native Americans win this battle against the BLM? I've read some of the articles on this site and it seems to me that the U.S. Supreme Court should step in and do their job. I also think the BLM should be dismantled. That's all I have to say for now.
